Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using AI Email Organizer (the "App") operated by Zarger Marketing LLC ("us", "we", or "our"). These Terms supplement our general Terms of Service.

By connecting your email account to AI Email Organizer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

• 1. Description of Service

  AI Email Organizer is an application that connects to your email account to provide automated email organization, categorization, and notification services powered by artificial intelligence. The App reads your emails via IMAP protocol to analyze, categorize, and organize them according to your preferences.

• 2. Account Requirements

  • You must have a valid email account with a supported email provider.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.
  • You must authorize the App to access your email account via OAuth2 authentication.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account credentials.

• 3. Authorization and Consent

  By using AI Email Organizer, you expressly authorize us to:

  • Access your email account via secure OAuth2 authentication.
  • Read email content, metadata, and folder structures for organization purposes.
  • Create, rename, and manage folders in your email account.
  • Move emails between folders based on AI categorization.
  • Process your email content using AI algorithms to provide categorization and notification services.

• 4. Acceptable Use

  You agree not to use the App to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Process emails containing illegal content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.
  • Use the App to access email accounts you do not own or have authorization to access.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the App.

• 5. AI-Powered Features

  • Accuracy: While we strive for accurate email categorization, AI systems are not perfect. Some emails may be miscategorized.
  • Review Recommended: We recommend periodically reviewing categorized emails to ensure important messages are not overlooked.
  • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the AI will correctly categorize all emails or that notifications will be delivered for all important messages.

• 6. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App.
  • The App depends on third-party email providers; disruptions to those services may affect App functionality.
  • We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.

• 7. Data and Privacy

  Your use of the App is also governed by our AI Email Organizer Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your data.

• 8. Intellectual Property

  • The App, including its AI algorithms, design, and functionality, is owned by Zarger Marketing LLC.
  • You retain ownership of your email content. We claim no ownership over emails processed by the App.
  • You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.

• 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

  THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OF AI CATEGORIZATION OR NOTIFICATION FEATURES.

• 10. Limitation of Liability

  TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZARGER MARKETING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of data or email content.
  • Missed or delayed emails due to miscategorization.
  • Business losses resulting from App functionality.
  • Unauthorized access to your email account (except where caused by our negligence).

• 11. Indemnification

  You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zarger Marketing LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

• 12. Termination

  • By You: You may disconnect your email account and stop using the App at any time through the App settings or your email provider's security settings.
  • By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, and we will delete your stored data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• 13. Governing Law

  These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• 14. Changes to Terms

  We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
